This page will be home to ".Life (otherwise known as "Life after the Period Stops".  According to Grammarly.com a period is also known as a “full stop” in British English.    What is ".Life?"  I'm not entirely sure yet. At its core, it's an idea I had to raise awareness about menopause and to fight the negative stigma associated with it in the sense that many women often feel shame during menopause because society deems us as "less valuable" as we age.

I have no intention of letting my life come to a "full stop" now that I am in post menopause. In fact, quite the opposite. Menopause is not the end for me...it has fostered a new beginning!

Ultimately, I hope this page will serve as a resource to help educate others about menopause and all related topics in an effort to destigmatize and draw attention to such an important topic. I hope to increase our collective knowledge and provide a safe and welcoming space for women and those who care about women (hopefully everyone!) to learn about how we can support ourselves and each other through this transition and normalize talking about menopause to create a cultural shift.

I have launched my first survey to gather information and data about the topic of menopause.  I'm curious about what we know, what we don't know and what we wish for.  Thank you for participating in this survey.  I am conducting this survey independently.  Your responses will inform my thinking about this topic and help me consider what I can do to be most impactful as I feel compelled to raise awareness and provide more education about menopause so we can continue to raise women up and celebrate all that we are!
